- Call for Help: If you need advice during an emergency, you can make an instant phone call to the hospital’s call center. After discussing your situation, you may be booked for an emergency appointment with a paramedic or medical consultant.

- Google Meet Video Call Option: In cases where a clearer understanding of the emergency is needed, there’s an option to initiate a video call via Google Meet. This allows the medical team to see the situation in real-time, offering more precise advice and making informed decisions based on what they observe.

- Personalized Consultation: Depending on the urgency, our medical team can guide you on whether to continue home care, visit a hospital, or prepare for the arrival of an ambulance.
